The 4th annual Community Impact Assembly is a retreat-style conference hosted by Profound Gentlemen. This event gathers over 200 male educators from around the country for a weekend of educational development, self-reflection and establishing relationships. Through this event, participants will be able to further impact the communities they are serving.

The conference will be held on March 7th – 10th, in Charlotte, NC.  During the weekend, Gentlemen will participate in school visits, thought-partner conversations, indulge in reflective activities, and engage in sessions hosted by educators in our community.

This years’ theme is “Educators With Purpose”. We believe that when someone knows why they are in the space, they will act differently. They will act with a sense of urgency and intentionality. Our work is purposeful. During the weekend, we want to spend time reflecting on our purpose and how it connects to the larger community.
